New York's Asian American & Pacific Islander Heritage Celebration is the nation's longest running festival celebrating Asian diversity and participation in community events. It is presented in collaboration with 120+ community organizations.

Last year’s festival reached an audience of over 23,000 people and we anticipate an even larger audience due to the 40th anniversary celebration. There are 1.23 million Asian American Pacific Islanders in New York City, comprising 15% of the City’s population and is the fastest growing ethnic group. Asian American Pacific Islanders have the highest buying power of any ethnic minority groups in the U.S. according to Nielsen.
